Hi i use xp pro and when i view a list of files in a directory it seems as if random filenames are coloured in blue while the rest are in black(default). i thought perhaps file attributes caused this but no. anyone any ideas? i've scanned for viruses/spyware etc  thx

WinXp has automaticly compressed those files to save space, probably becuase you haven't accessed them in a while.
