It's somewhere between O'Connell Street and Henry Street.
The best map I could find is: http://www.tcd.ie/Maps/tcd_city.html
You can see the GPO there, as far as I know it's along that little orange street to the left of it. (Not Henry Street.)

As far as I know the entrance is on henry st on the left hand side as your walking up from the Spire, just before Arnotts

    *sigh*

Roe, me and you have gone through the GPO arcade, you moronic fool. Theres a side street beside Penneys on O Connell Street, the one that leads you to the Jervis car park and is beside the GPO. On the right...its just a shortcut with a bunch of shops. Nothing special...but there is a shop called Evolution which kicks ass.

    Why?

George's Street arcade? Ah I know that one much better.
Even got a better map. http://www.dublinks.com/index.cfm/loc/5/spid/C275EE92-4C1A-4F9C-BAEB786778C88AD7/pt/10.htm
Basically go down Grafton Street (ie away from Stephen's Green), then take.. what looks like the 3rd left. Walk down that street and go through the Powerscourt Shopping centre. Then as far as I can remember it's nearly straight across the road just a bit up to the left.
The map says otherwise, but that's how you get there as far as I can remember. It's that general direction anyway!

is there a wiccan shop there?

Not as far as I know... it's mostly clothes shops. But there is a place where you can get "gothic" things. It's opposite Retro, their bargain stall, last I saw they had some lacy skirt type things and corsets.

As far as i kno if your looking for a wiccan shop theres one kinda opposite dublin castle (if u go off dame street onto pariliament street i think-however im not too sure if its that street or the next one, basicly start at central bank walk up the road as if you were heading towards the cathedral, or NCAD or vicar street -the opposite way to TCD, and then take a turn left as you get to a cross roads thing near the parliament hotel) go down that street as if your going to cross the bridge and on the right there shud b a wiccan shop...however it has been quite a while since i was there last, it may not be there anymore, your best bet is to look around the net or even get in contact someone like the pagan society in ucd...just an idea...
