    Hello all,

Girlfriend arrived home from college today and asked me how do you get a particular slide layout in Powerpoint so that 3 slides will be printed on each page with lines opposite them to write notes.

I presume it's something to do with the 'Notes View' function. Only have Powerpoint 97 on my computer - so it's probably a feature on a newer Powerpoint version (2000 etc.) but anyone have any idea how to do this?

Here's a picture for anyone who can't visualise what i mean by this layout:

    Much appreciated!

    Brian

Not sure if its the same on 97 but you should be able to go to Print and then select print handouts after which it allows you to select 3 per page

    That did it!..

    Cheers James.

It was pretty obvious. I never realised it but i've always printed handouts with 6 slides per page so there was no lines on them.
