Does anyone know how to install a driver as a service on Windows 2003. I have done some web searchs but can not find this. It is possible how ever to do this.

    Any help would be grateful.

    Thanks
    Dave

That doesn't make any sense, a driver doesn't run in the same sense as an application, it is just an interface that is available to running processes that need to access a hardware device.

What are you trying to do ?

It is possible to have a program installed as a service.

The nearest is the infamous "plug and play" service

are you trying to disable/enable HW ?
