Tis true KC. Nowadays we leave the U-21's to counties who cant win anything else. Sure you never know, if a Kilkenny can get a few of the team thru to senior level ye might have a decnt team in a few years time!

Was down in Philly grimes the other nite & they were still lugging the munster cup around.
    How sad is that.

    How sad is that.

Not nearly as sad as the sight of the almighty kilkenny scoring 2 points in an enitre half of an all ireland hurling final.

Not nearly as sad as the sight of kilkenny fans leaving before the final whistle in the all ireland hurling final. (Is this the different hurling culture you speak of?)

TBH I am sickened I have allowed myself to be dragged into a slagging match like this. You dont seem to be able to handle the good natured banter KC. I've heard plenty of good jokes about the state of Waterford hurling etc over the years and the best thing to do is take it on the chin. It's all part of the craic!

Hear fecking hear! Of course "KK will be back" but there's no reason why they shouldn't have a to endure a bit of good-natured slagging for losing, (especially after the amount of hype and sh1te KKCat had been posting in the run-up to the Final). It's only a fraction of what we've had to put up with over the years. Chokers, bottlers bla bla bla....(excuse the pun). [That's not to mention the signs THEY put up in KK - see you in another 35 years, Waterford for Glass, Kilkenny for Class etc]. :D

    Good woman.
County final day in Waterford Sunday, ballygunner v mount sion.
Will pop into that. Like Christmas I hope its a good & peaceful one. Sion going for 3 in a row & the gunners the only club in Waterford able to match them since 1990.

So I'll guess you're in agreement with the rest of my post as well
Anyway, would rather see Ballygunner win, though obviously have no affiliation with the club. But whichever of them wins I would love to see them get out of Munster again and do the business this time. Tall order though I reckon....

Mount Sion won handy enough. Ballygunner drove too many wides in first half. Bit like a certain county in the All Ireland final actually :(
Home draw v Ahane of Limerick & also a Walsh Park semi if they win.
When Sion are playinmg in Walsh Park they tog out in Mount Sion before coming across ready to play. Has to be a huge advantage.
