sl55 keyboard problem

hey all, my sl55 keypad has stopped working completely, so cant turn it on , use it ect, i know its the keypad as i have a car kit, when the phone is turned off and you put it in the car kit it automatically turns it on, but no keys work , anyone else get this problem b4? ta d
