need help, unable to send external emails

    I'm at work and getting a bit miffed, as well as everyone else at this stage. We are having loads of trouble in that noone seems to be able to send external emails.

    We get back an email saying:

    Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

    Subject: test8
    Sent: 14/09/2004 10:06

    The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

    '******@o2.ie' on 14/09/2004 10:06
    A restriction in the system prevented delivery of the message.
    The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=LIMERICK;l=LIMSRVEMAIL1-040914090620Z-1054
    MSEXCH:MSExchangeMTA:IRISH MULTICHANNEL:LIMSRVEMAIL1

    So far we have manually started and stopped the message transfer agent, but this did not work, and we have rebooted the server, with no result. Anyone got any ideas as to how to fix this problem, as im getting about 10 calls every second with people complaining that they cant send external emails. (joys of helpdesk)
