i made an order with them last week and my credit card has still not been charged, does this mean they don't have what i want or do they charge after you've signed for receipt of delivery?

It means your item is out of stock. Your credit card will be debited before your order ships.

but they sent me a confirmation email saying the 13th was the estimated time of delivery :conf:

Yesterday was the 13th, and since it was "estimated", it sounds like one of your items was out of stock.

Give em ana e-mail and see what the hold-up is. They are usually very primpt with replies and should be able to let you know whats happening.

yeah it was out of stock, i didn't read the part on the order where it said 'out of stock'

i've placed another order today, which is to be dispatched today, what is the likeliness of it arriving by friday?
saturday is too late
