This is seriously annoying in my dell machines BIOS, I cant choose to boot from CD, 1st its Removable Devices and then Hard drive, then CD, and it will not give me the option to change these around.

Question is, is there anyway of getting a different BIOS version or something that will enable the machine to boot frommCD

    Thanks.
    -Coz.

When you select boot sequence, press space bar to toggle the options. This might work, I can't check right now as I need to keep working (damn work getting in the way of me doing other things).
You could also enter the asset tag number on the dell website for a bios update. In my experience, the BIOS in the machines they ship out are usually out of date. :(
