I've never seen anything like this on Komplett, but I have seen video/TV re-senders in a shop at home some years back. I think they're illegal though as a TV transmitter requires a licence, which could be why you can't find them any more.
You could phone Peats or Maplin to see if they stock anything like this. They'll probably be able to tell you if they're illegal or not too.

What you need is the following:

    - PC Graphics with TV out (S-Video) (Any good pc component supplier)
    - Video Sender (Lidl/Aldi sometimes, Maplins, Argos)
    - S-Video to Composite Converter (Can be purchased @ Maplins for €8.50)
    - Short S-Video lead. (Maplins)

There are complete kits out there to do the job - just google for it - but as i remember, they were a couple of hundred euro.

Many would say that you shouldnt be downgrading s-video signal to composite and i suppose they're right. If you can get a video sender than will allow you to avoid this, then you will have a better quality output to your tv. Apparently, whilst the argos video sender is over twice the price, it has a better quality output??

    Hope that helps.
