Stupid Ringtone ads !!!!

Every time i turn on the tv there they are a big fat hippo wearing a thong jumping about (its twisted to see) and i could get him for just 2 yo yos (its euros you idiots) .What kinda loser is goin to buy that ,then theres the one with those lads singin out on the airoplane .I dont mind advertisements but this just takes the piss .On average i see about 30 of those stupid ads a day .Am i the only one or are there others like me out there??

the "consolidate all your existing debts into one easy loan repayment" (for the rest of your LIFE) glorified loan-sharks. The worst being when the very.. VERY bad actor has enough money left to fill his garden with gnomes.

and the "have you been hurt in an accident" a prime example is the National Accident Helpline... GET THE BOAT you charlatan scumsucking ambulance chasers..

Email/write to the tv stations in question and tell them how you change channel everytime one of those ads come on. Thats what I did with mtv jus to let them know that the ads are having an adverse effect on their viewing figures.

MTV is the worst for the ring tone ads, in a 3 minute break you can be guarenteed to see at least that fat Hippo 3 times, more if your unlucky. The most annoying thing about it all is what they think is the catchy background music, but infact is a sound that goes right trough me, like fingers down a blackboard. If there was a vote for the worst TV ad ever, the dancing hippo ring tone wins hands down. The best way to get it off our telly , is never to buy from them in the hope they go bankrupt, but I have a feeling there are too many ten year olds out there , with more money than style.

And have ye noticed that the different ads are all for the same company? Can't remember the name but if ye look at the website at the end of the screen when they're on next, ye'll notice. Flamin so annoying

Funnily enough there's Irish firm that used to advertise such things (some company up in dublin)

A boss of a solicitor company I know phoned up the company after seeing the advert and gave out **** to them for giving all solicitors a bad name because of the ad.
Personally I think she was correct in what she did

Yeah did you ever see the one where the people are all in a race and you see things like "criminal record ,pension troubles and **** job" and all the people star falling down over the obstacles ,o thats a laugh .Those and the ringtones are the worst ads !

Whenever I see one of those ads where the people are dancing around to their ringtones, I feel like projectile vomiting all over my tv. If I ever saw anyone in the street actually dancing when someone was trying to get through to them, I would make patterns in the wall with their face.

There arent words to describe how much ringtone ads anger me.

i wonder if these ads are affecting viewing figures for mtv etc... i certainly dont watch it anymore (not just for the crap on it nowadays:)), but because of these feckin ads. i wonder would mtv stop them if eneough people turned off.

i mean now they have a feckin 'ringtone chart'. FFS!
