    The Irish Cable & Digital Guide's IRC channel (#icdg) on the Quakenet server is now available for all television chat. (BTW, thanks DMC) :)

    All discussion is welcome including; TV shows, channels, platforms (ie. cable, mmds, satellite & terrestrial), Radio & just about anything else to do with broadcasting.

    There's a couple of ways to access the channel;
    • You can use mIRC (a standalone IRC client available from www.mirc.com), you need to connect to QuakeNet (you can issue the commands /connect ign.ie.quakenet.org and then /join #icdg).
    • Alternatively, you should be able to use the web-based Java client we have on boards.ie: (This is probably the easiest for people new to IRC)

      Once you are connected, type in: /join icdg & you are there.

    Everyone is more than welcome to join. :)

    cheers,

    celt. :)
