Are you happy with the service provided by WiFi modem's supplied by Irish Broadband?

Is your modem working as it should according to Navini video at: http://www.navini.com/pages/press/2003/pr02.17.03.htm

Are you happy with Irish Broadband's technical support?

Would you be prepared to have your response to these questions passed to a senior executive of Irish Broadband?

Yes I am happy with the Ripwave service so far. I'd be happier when I get my new 3.6ghz modem though! I'm looking forward to seeing what more it can do for me. I'd be willing to answer some questions formally, just pm me.
