    Howdy,
I'm sick of the million wires that I have around my desk in work so in order to make it a million - 2, I'm thinking of investing in a wireless keyboard and mouse.

At home I already have one of the logitech bluetooth jobbies, but I don't want to spend that much again, so has anyone bought/used this ?
Is it any good? Any other recommendations?

    cheers

    KR

no recommendations on the keyboard/mouse you should get, but definately invest in some good rechargeable batteries. Peats sell Ni-Mh batteries, and i'd recommend picking up a set of those. They last longer than the old NiCd batteries.

A friend of mine insists on using duracell batteries, and he's gone through at least 20 so far. He would already have saved money if he had just gotten recharagables like i said months ago. You will save in the long term!

I would be very dubious of a €32 wireless keyboard and mouse.

EDIT: THIS is the keyboard and mouse I've got and I can't rate it highly enough. I've only had to replace the batteries once in the last year and the only thing I get interference if the my mobile is between the reciever and the keyboard.

Why ? Trust do cheap ones and they ain't bad at all...

My home set is from Lidl - Typhoon brand, cost 29.99 and is excellent..way better than the eur50 ones I bought in work - great range, good feel to keyboard and nice mouse...
