    pe stands for platinum edition

    the x800xt has a 500 core 500mhz and the pe has a 520 core 560mhz
    so basically clockspeeds AFAIK

why are there no benchmarks for these 2 cards? dosn't the xt use a newer core compared to the pe?

The X800XT's are rare and the PE versions are even rarer. I would assume though the XT PE is faster...probably the fastest card at the moment. Mind you its only an assumption.

The PE is an overclocked xt. Just get the xt and do it yourself.
