My garden is covered in moss. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?
Is there some chemical or other that will kill it?

    1. Go to garden centre/woodies/atlantic
    2. Get a bag of "moss killer"
    3. Put on lawn
    4. Wait for moss to die and turn black
    5. Scrape it off with a rake
    6. Hey presto!

I have tried that davmigil but the moss comes straight back. It isn't even the lawn that is the problem, but there is moss growing on the soil around the plants. I thought maybe there is an alkaline or acid or something like that that moss cannot grow back again if present.

Well, Iron Sulphate is the ingredient in alot of the moss killers. Maybe spreading a solution of it might help.
