    For Millar, the next two years are a chance to go away and dream it all up again, with a possible return to professional cycling before the end of the 2006 season. So long as the inevitable ghost-written autobiography continues to tell only a story that the peloton will find acceptable, Millar still has a future within cycling, should he want one. But the real question is whether cycling itself has a future, with riders like David Millar in the peloton.
