Hey man good italian! :D Surely, better than my english
However, I loved Donegal for what I read about it. And the visit of the county confirmed me that I was felt in love for a right place
I must see Bloody Foreland, Glengesh pass and the north.. I've seen Donegal Town, Letterkenny, Inishowen, and the west coast of Donegal Bay (Slieve League, Killybegs)

For "Civilian Target".. I suffered cold a few at Malin Head ;)

Thought so. Did you try the traditional Irish queue?

Its ok for you coming from Italy for a few days. I'd say you wouldn't like Donegal as much in the middle of winter on days you have hail shower, one after another coming in from the Atlantic ocean. All you can do is go to the pub.

New on here and think the site is great....anyway, from Tyrone myself and love Donegal - handy to get to for us - any time of year. Cruit Island and the Thatched cottages are beautiful...... :D Nothing nicer than a drive over to Glencolumbcille and walking on the deserted beach....... :D

Dibs, if you like glencolumbciller, try Ardara, there is a beach called brackey beach, really big and deserted. Fantastic for relaxing and enjoying mama nature,

    give it a try

I was getting worried for a while - I thought no one else contribited to the Northwest region.

Glad to know I'm not alone in the wilderness.

Anyone want to try a new thread??

Wow, I didn't notice this thread was living yet.
However I still love Donegal, I'd like to be there in winter too. It's the ideal country for me: wild, peaceful...

Yeah, Glengesh pass looks good, though avoid it during the winter! :o

    LOL
Hey man, I don't live in Cuba or Africa.. winter is very cold here too (perhaps sometimes more than there). Not Rome, but a lot of Italy's places enjoy snow for months..

However I love all Donegal, but specially the part of Slieve League.. we can say from Donegal Town to Glencolumkille (Northern Donegal Bay)
