Ok I kinda want some advise. My dogs very big, i think shes going to have her pups soon. But she doesnt look happy, her breathing is heavy and shes eating and drinking a lot more than usual.
When the last dog was pregnant she more or less took care of herself, we got her a bed and a little house and things were fine. She ended up getting an infection though, I think from feeding the pups.

I want to do a better job with this dog. She has her bed but she keeps going to a different area for her rest. Should I get her anything or do anything for her. Shes only a little dog and 3 years old.

    OK,
First things first, she needs a pre-natal check up from your vet.
Do you know the father? If he was a large dog an she is a small dog, it might lead to problems, the pups may be too big for her to give birth to without assistance.
As for going to the different area, sounds to me like shes nesting, give her what she needs to make that area she has chosen comfortable. bath towels are great, they love them.
Sounds to me like she is very close to labor, so make the vets appointment ASAP.

As for her breathing, the vet will check that, the pups could be putting pressire on her lungs or it could just be from carrying the extra weight.
Eating more than usual? Well, shes prolly carrying (an therfore feeding) upwards of 3 other baby dogs inside her, i'd eat more too, wouldnt you? lol ;) )

Like i say, seeing the vet is *the* most important thing you can do for her right now.

lol, this will sound weird *but* nesting bitches can be a right riddle. She prolly sees that area as secluded and by u placing somthing in it, it is no longer "secluded" in her definition lol,

I would try just crumpling up the blanket an leave it beside her regular bed, not looking like its any big deal, in all likelyhood she will take it when she needs it, where she needs it, if she needs it lol ;)

Glad she has gotten a clean bill of health, can never be too carefull ;)
