    hey all,

    I heard of a strtegy game out for the PC called republic, set in Russia after the fall of communism. Does anyone reccomend it. Is it any use? What style of play is it? is it Age of empires style?

    Interesting game, havnt played it myself but most of the reviewers said it fell a little short of what it set out to do. linkie

    Played it a while back and quite liked it. It's nothing like AOE, though.

    I bought it in PCWorld a while ago for €15. From what I played of it it was very repeditive and boring. I was just winning interest in one part of the city, then moving on to the next part of the city and winning interest in their a similar way. I don't know if it gets any better but I played it for about 6hrs and it was pretty boring.

    Its an Average enough game but unless you have a very very tactical mind its useless, I played it for about a week and got annoyed.

    I bought it about a year ago, for 49.99, played it for about 15 minutes and never played it again. It was NOTHING like I was hoping it to be. :eek:
