Id personally go with the Tagan 380w, its cheaper, very quiet and pretty decent quality. (im sure the one you picked is pretty good but i can say for sure as i dont know the make).
Kühler SA Sharkoon Heatpipe HPS2 25.90 EUR
    13109

Mabye think about a thermalright and a 92mm enermax fan (adjustable). Thermalright have the best air coolers and it would be a good choice especially with a nice mobile chip ;) .
    128MB MSI MS-8937 FX5900XT-VTD128 RTL199.99 EUR
    14300

A 9800pro is a better performer, it costs the same and alot of them can be flashed to XT cards pretty easily (might be good to get a cheap Artic cooler for doing this - €9 ish).
    DDR PC400 512MB TwinMOS CL 2.5 Dualkit 79.99 EUR
    14692

I think that motherboard is single channel RAM so 1x512mb would perform just the same and is better for upgrading and a little cheaper.

Other than that it looks pretty good i think.........

Get a 9800 Pro instead of a FX5700. Will give you much better performance.

I recieved my Tagan 380w a couple of days ago and its a very high quality psu. But its out of stock on jes.

was reading up on the benchmarks between the two and the overall conclusion was that the 5900 was better maybe im mistaken

Wouldnt mind seeing that review, from the ones ive seen the 9800pro was a nice margin ahead. Especially in newer games (the DX9 ones).

lol, no i mean Dual DDR. Ie when you add two of the same memory dimms and it increases the memroy performance. Since the board doesent support it its handier to get 1x512mb stick. PS Dual DDR on AMD XP boards is pretty useless and not much to worry about 2-5% bandwidth increase......

The 9800 Pro leads by about 10 frames, and about 30 frames with FSAA and AF enabled.

You can't base a graphics card on the benchmark of one game. That would be just stupid *cough* Doom 3 *cough*

But anyway the 9800 pro does easily beat the 5900xt in most benchmarks.

Get the 2400 mobile instead. It's a little cheaper and will overclock to the same level.

Apart from that it's looking good.

I find the 5900XT to be as-good as my 9800Pro. My brother has on in his P4B 3.06GHZ, and gets the same, if not better benchies (+3000 in aquamark!?!?!). It plays the games as good as mine, maybe on some of the newer games mine edges ahead, but only slightly, very very slightly! Its a very decent card! Overclocks to mad speeds too.

I agree with everything Col_Loki said ( Dave how could you forget about my kickass PSU!! ) but I don't know whether you really need that Gfx card. Is this PC not for your uncle? Is he some mad gamer or what :) if the PC is not going to be used for gaming then there is no point in getting that card. Oh and the monitor you're getting is for the most part great except for the fact that it makes a whining noise at high res ( 1600*1200, it may just be the one I got and you could get a quiet one )....so I don't know if you should really go for it. Give me a buzz when your building it I'll want a peek :D
