I'm with digiweb and noticed pings are extremely bad to UK servers right now so I reckon this is not confined to IOLBB.

I regularly run the broadband speed test

    http://www.broadbandspeedtest.net/

and I've never seen such bad pings before.

they have an unlimited package, and I rang 3 times, before I signed up with them, and 3 times they told me, No! we don't throttle and block our users

and the first day I connected, I entered suprnova website, and downloaded a 30 meg cod patch,

and they blocked eveyrthing right away!

now my speed is 20kb/s at best! and I have bandwidth for 102!

I sent them a very long email today, waiting to see what will happen

    understand me guys,

I'm paying 107 euro for it! that kind of money doesn't fall from the sky!

why should I shut up and accept it when they clearly lied to me and are taking money for nothing!

    Cyberghost,

    Have a look here.

I sent an e-mail to support was told try using a dial-up and they might have to check my line. Subsequently it seems to have sorted itself out. I'm in Douglas btw.
