Knife and Fork was the most depressing half hour of my life.

    PJ rocked though. :D

Still, I'll never get that half hour back :(

I liked Knife and Fork up until I realised they only had one song and each part of that song was pillaged from several other songs. PJ Harvey was tops! Nice mixed set of old and new, 50ft Queenie was a very welcome surprise.

    Yeah PJ rocked!

Knifey Spoony or whatever: worst bandname ever!

Apart from the horrendous music, there was something else annoying me about Knife and Fork and, at last, I've figured out what it was.

About A Boy. They were all in About A Boy.

I've never seen that film, Hugh Grant makes me feel cold inside.

Actually, I rather enjoyed Knife and Fork. :S I thought they were original, and very entertaining (what with the shuffling of instruments and such). They were one of the best support bands I've seen...

PJ was excellent, of course. Although, I did hope that she might play more off Stories from the City (she only played...2 songs from it? And "This is Love" wasn't one of them!!).

I went on the tuesday night... it was a really good gig. One of the best I've been to in a while anyway. The olympia is such a great venue for seeing acts that you actually like. Up close and personal.

Knife and Fork weren't bad. Not the worst support I have ever seen in fairness to them...

But that dress polly was wearing!!! Wow :D
