Elvis photos !!! ?

    i was over in a mates house yesterday and he says here will ya do me a favor ? will ya sell these for me on eBay ?

    he opened an envelope and handed me 23 photos of Elvis, elvis's house - living room - kitchen - out side - in side etc, elvis with Johnny cash(B&W) , Elvis with his band, Elvis's awards, elvis's suits, elvis's grave & lots more ......

    they are amazing photos !

    they're all high gloss colour standard size photos, except the johnny cash one....

    he said he got them trough a guy he knows in the newspaper world ?

    he also said that the photos where taking from the original negatives !!!

    5 of the photos have a copyright on them ?????????

    an ideas of what i should do with them or if they are worth anything ?

    they look the real deal to me !!!! :)

    i'll scan a few in if ye like ? - just let me know !

    sell em on ebay. i'm sure fake elvis autographs are easy enough to do

    i'm not trying to fake them at all !

    i want to sell them as they are - just wondering about the copyright thing on the other 5 photos ????

    would/can i get in to trouble for selling this type of thing ???????

    only joking about the autographs. if you legally own the prints you can sell them as is. but if you don't know the copyright holder of any image you or the buyer of the photos can't publish it without getting permission or paying the photographer

    i was on that guys site last night .. and he is selling some of the photos i have here !!! ....... well there his i suppose - LOL .....

    i'm going to e-mail him and ask him whats the story on selling them...... :confused:
