gls or jes-computer trouble with delivery

question, how long does it take for a package from jes to arrive here?
the tracking number given appears to be invalid, so gls tell me via e-mail, and jes hasn't replied to my e-mail from yesterday yet. When i enter it i get some codes or something and a date from last thursday.
on the phone to them now, hope their answering service isn't as slow a their deliveries!

Generally takes a week to come. It depends on what way you pay, if you pay with bank draft that takes an extra 4-5 days to clear .

It was paid via bank draft but that was done about 3 weeks ago.
There where some issues with some of the parts not being available then or something but they told me it was send/being send last wednesday

Give it a day or two, if you dont have it by thursday then id get onto them. Where abouts are you living, it seems everywhere in ireland gets better GLS service than dublin does....... im in kildare and it takes 4-7 days generally, which is fine.

I'm in the cavan area.
Do komplett use gls to? They had my package here in no time last time i ordered.
Going to give them till thursday and then ring them if its not here.
(i just cant wait till i get my 9800pro and mobile chip, brother cant wait for the whole pc)

Nice combo, a 9800pro and a mobile chip.........hope you have a decent cooler for it?

Komplett use GLS and DHL, DHL is crazy crazy expensive........ and GLS still takes a good bit of time (although its a day or two faster than jes). Sure let us know if you get it, and how you get on with overclocking the mobile aswell !!

Jes seem to be a bit slow in responding to emails this week...I've sent two without a reply..

.. it took around a week for my PC to arrive - Thursday dispatch and Wed/Thurs arrival (can't remember which). Ignore the tracking - it will do your head in watching it go from A to G then back to B and so on...

DSL used to be ok price wise but checking out the komplett site last week I noticed a huge jump in price since I last bought off them.

Have a volcano 12, cools my curent chip alright i suppose.

Good Luck with a delivery from GLS

I had a package from them last week, they tried to drop it off twice and missed me both times, didnt even drop a note to say they had been out.
When i discovered they had missed me i tried to call them, BAD IDEA, phone was engaged non stop almost, next we try email asking to hold the package for 2 days and i would collect it from their Dublin Depo..
Email said yes No Prob......went to collect it and discovered they had shipped it back allrdy

Atleast DHL and others would leave a calling card so you can arrange alternate del, GLS no contact at all..

Well as I have said before I got a package from the States via GLS - they left the internal tracking report on it - not only did it spend over a week toodling around Ireland and being returned to base with "incorrect address" they also sent a postcard (according to their tracking) to tell me... I wonder what address they were going to use....

Any delivery from Jes computers via Gls for me has gone perfectly.

The general consensus is that people in the cities get good delivery service, where as those out in the country seem to have probelms.

I'm based in Limerick City. and have no problems with them.

Got Package today.
Going to start building pc for bro after work, then rebuild mine, then see how that mobile chip oc's.
