just wondering what companies / groups people use for personal injury and public liability cover while hunting / shooting.

I am covered by the ICPSA while Clay Target Shooting and I am currently with IFA Countryside for fieldsports cover.

Countryside Alliance is pretty much the only one I've heard of for ISSF shooters. We used to be covered by the NSRA's insurance scheme from the UK, but that was changed some years ago to explicitly cover only N.Ireland shooters.
Current cost is about 50 euro per adult.

I'd imagine that hunters would be using the NARGC's compensation scheme though.
