capturing video

    does it ever happen to you that yor trying to capture a pic of some video say using paintshoppro , you capture and the psp opens up and it either shows a pic ofthe player capture with a black screen or it has the video playing in the capture video ie a gone all buggy

    Not really an art question I suppose, but yeah that happens because of the video overlay.

    You can use the "Save Image" feature of Media Player Classic to save a screenshot.

    Or else, you can open the video in a non-overlay app like VirtualDubMod, take a screenshot with Print Screen and the paste it in Paint Shop Pro.
