Cheiftec case/coolermaster compatibility question.

Well, I have a cheiftec case, and a coolermaster heatsink/fan which comes with a little fancontroller knob which can be fitted into a PCI slot, or a 3.5" floppy drive bay. The problem is, the little 3.5" drive frame that came with the coolermaster CPU cooler doesn't fit the cheiftec case, as to be screwed in, it has to be placed a little too far back into the bay, rendering it useless for twisting the knob.

So, does anyone know of any brackets or such that I could get as to have the 3.5" bay frame for the knob placed so it can actually be used?

This sounds a little complicated to be honest though, but it's very annoying having the knob in the PCI slot that could be better used for something else, and having to reach round the back of the PC when I want to adjust the fan speed, and there's a spare 3.5" just dying to be used.

Again, any help would be very handy indeed!
