well theres a cork reunion, a galway reunion and the many dublin reunions. and us ulster people come down to see all of you.
so what i would suggest is an ulster reunion. for easy access for you people not from Ulster, I'd suggest cavan. Not for the reason thats where I live or anything, I'm happy to have one anywhere.(EDIT: Anwhere in Ulster obviously)

    so whaddya think?

Seeing as I live 15 miles from "Ulster", I'd like to see it in Cavan, Monaghan or possibly Newry.

If it's in Newry I'd probably go. I know a few good places around there.

    I'll go...
If I'm in the country/county/still alive...
Actually weather I go or not depends on how I treat d'mudder and fadder between now and then...
    Anyway....

    ps. Make it in Monaghan.

Ok guys well Newry is good for me, so's Monaghan. Wherever in Ulster really, I'll get my dad to give me a lift or something. Whatevers easiest.
When is a good time for everyone? Just suggest some dates for it. Not next saturday coz thats the galway reunion!

**** that, cavan it is. you see aoibheann, if you leave people with our attention spans a whole three options it could end up anywhere. lets just make it cavan (i believe it was my idea, yes, i want the credit).

anyw actual suggestion as to an actual time and place?

There's only 1 way I'm ever going near Cavan, and it involves a flak jacket and live ammo

Make it a Sunday, lets say the 19th. Take pity on those who must attend Saturday School. (Cringes at thought)

by the way,for any of you who dont know what a plan sounds like, it's a cross between a "fooooooooit", a "blleeeeearghhhhhppp" and a "kwoink".

tis bout time someone put up a map- me being from dublin means i'm ignorant of anywhere outside the city... i still don't know about the availability of me on said date- d'parents aren't in the most approachable form right now.

i know gowna seems like such a fantastical place, one could be forgiven for THINKING it doesn't exist, but ya, we do. and we're so punk rock.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,383 ✭✭✭Aoibheann

theres no way I'm going to gowna.
seriously, I'd rather not. Tis too small for a reunion.....

wow, an ulster reunion!! yay! ulster!!
but the only place i could get to is monaghan because thats the only place the bus route goes to. or i could get to newry, just not cavan.
what about a reunion in belfast?

Well I'd be up for a Cavan reunion, 19th sounds ok, but for us Dubs, could people collect us from the station? Cos I've never been there before, at least that i can remember, so it might be a help...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,383 ✭✭✭Aoibheann

Damn right I will. and whoever else is gonna be there from cavan, etc if they can. Hence in the details I said we could meet up at bus station.
but I've just remembered, buses from Dublin to Cavan go on the half hour every hour, and you'd either be in Cavan at half twelve ir half one depending on the bus you get.
