    Just saw on Sky news the white house told Michael Howard to "not bothering coming to meet the president, as you will never meet Bush".

    Very petty and childish, but what happens if both end up as president again?

    It has got to be one of the biggest political ironies of the last 50 years that Bush's government has become so close to Blair's Labour, to the point where the administration would alienate the Conservative party.

    But to be honest I doubt Bush would even know who Howard is. He is not that good with the old keeping up with current events is are Bubba.
