I was looting people in Glow, bored. When I notice a counselor trying to act innocent (I reckon he was hiding out).

Went over and had a chat with her for a while, she was kind of waiting for her first call. Quite an intresting chat, she imparted some information about the location of Rares, where they spawn and how they spawn. I checked one of them out and it was there but I can't take it (least until a certain time) Gonna check out the rest.
