    just wondering what other people thought of it, i am not a big DIDO or concert fan but i was there and thought it was OK.

    oh yeah sorry dude didnt get to your post till now, yeah scissor sisters were quite good in fact, they got the crowd lively anyway. Aqualung, who were on before the scissors, were quite low-key. a lot of people were saying aqualung were crap but i think thats unfair, they just werent really a concert type band (think: guy in father ted with "the most boring voice in the world")

    on as an aside, DIDO herself was OK too !

    My brother and I were there for Sissor Sisters mainly. They did a great set, if a bit short and they did not have the sound system fully up until Dido. Aqualung were OK, but just not for a venue like that. Dido was not terrible which was a suprise but it was a bit uneven (though I loved the gig) - you had chilled out depressing music (Aqualung), followed by the 70's party music (Sissor Sisters) and then the chilled out relationship music (Dido). Glad that it did not rain, though I was wreaked in work the following day.
