Ok, so I'm in a really crap job at the moment, I have been looking for a new job for ages through various agencies

Anyway, I was offered a job last week and have accepted, it's a 6 month contract but the company are really good to work, it's about 3k more than my current job, I am due to start there in 3 weeks, however I have notsigned any contract yet

So today another agency rang me about a permanent job, it's not in as convenient a location but is paying maybe 5-6 more than my current job and is permanent

I have an interview for the permanent job next week, It's going to be really really really difficult for me to get off to go to this interview

just wondering what I should do

Should I go for the interview?

What should I tell the agency that I have got the temporary job through? (bearing in mind that the company will be looking for a signed contract soon enough) Should I tell them anything?

Should I tell the agency in the permanent job about the other job offer?

If I tell them should I disclose the salary to see if the company offering the permanent job will go as high as possible?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
