Internal Mail

I have a network where i want all mail (pop3 accounts) to come in on one machine (not the server) where they will then be sent on to users internally. The users can reply to the mails but cant recieve from outside, only internally ne1 know what the best free or not so expensive solution is to this?

Have a look at Proxy+ (http://www.proxyplus.cz/).
I think it's free for internal only use.
