Truely excellent gig. Didn't stop for most of it. I thought I was going to die.
Tried to escape the pit, but with the whole venue being the pit it was difficult.

Enjoyed the Operation Ivy song, although thats my least favourite of all of their songs. Champions was shi[/i]t.

Brilliant! Even better than the other times I've seen them. The venue was perfect, even if the bouncers were ****e. Just the right size, and I liked that they only served water downstairs. Green Day were amazing. Good few old songs that I've been waiting years to hear. Didn't really expect them to play so many. Four's pretty good! Covers were good too. (Except "We Are The Champions".) No Network cover. I really wanted to hear one. But sure I really have nothing to complain about. It was the best gig I've been to in a very long time. "Only Of You", for cryin' out loud!

    Excellent, totally EXCELLENT show!
I loved the set, everything they did, except We Are The Champions.
Hate that song and despite trying to not hear it... I left with it buzzing in my head. :(

But... they did Only Of You!!! And CHRISTIE ROAD, goddamnit.. WOW!

Some day they'll do Going To Pasalacqua for me too!

    Yeah, an amazing gig!

I, for one, was expecting Billie Joe to come back out after they finished with an acoustic guitar and play 'Good Riddance' but it was amazing anyways!

Thought they wouldn't play 'When I Come Around'.... one of my favourite songs.... but they saved it til last!

Will definantly go again when they come back!

this is also my opinion, there was no point in writing it all again

It was great. The security at the front wouldn't give out water. Which was ****ed up. But otherwise excellent. I hoped the Network would support!

    To Cr3m0:

They played Knowledge, I Fought The Law, We Are The Champions, Dancing With Myself, You Make Me Wanna Shout and Danny Boy. I think that was all.

    Here's all the songs they played (correct me if I'm wrong), can't help you with order;

    2,000 Lightyears Away
    American Idiot
    Basket Case
    Brain Stew
    Christie Road
    Geek Stink Breath
    Hitchin' a Ride
    Longview
    Jaded
    King for a Day
    Minority
    Only of You
    She
    Welcome to Paradise
    When I Come Around

    Dancing With Myself
    Danny Boy
    Knowledge
    I Fought the Law
    You Make Me Wanna Shout
    We Are the Champions

    Song from American Idiot (?)

    (22 songs)

All in all, the gig was brilliant, the small venue was really a factor, and the band were in rocking form. Only downside was that they only played for an hour and a half with no support. When Billie Joe said near the start of the gig that they were " gonna play all night", it gave me the impression that they would play for at least two hours. They should have played longer, but even so, I was satisfied.

They also played Jason Andrew Relva (JAR), if i remember correctly.

The song from American Idiot was called 'On Holiday'

Looks like Reading got a very similar gig to what we got, but with slightly less songs:

    American Idiot
    Longview
    Geek Stink Breath
    Hitchin’ A Ride
    Welcome To Paradise’
    Brainstew’
    Jaded
    2000 Light Years Away
    I Fought The Law
    Knowledge
    Basket Case
    She
    King For A Day
    Waiting
    Minority
    When I Come Around
    We Are The Champions
