Going back to college and want to buy some really cute stuff to ease the pain of student life. Esp. a really swanky bag for my gear, it's just not that easy to find such a thing without resgining yourself to writing on A3 all the time so that your notebook will fit. Anyone with any suggestions, also want boots (perhaps real Uggs - will these stand up to the rain ?,or cats, a bit unfeminine ??) ?? What to wear to college ? Only have one week shopping time left and a budget too !!!!!!

I couldnt really care less about looking really good going into college unless u wanted to impress someone. I usually dress casually! :) Suits me down to the ground until i go out on the town. Now theres a reason to dress up! ;)

Hey don't diss the cats!!! I think they look FAB under a pair of jeans. They're much better than people wearing runners with jeans & more comfortable than heels in college. I don't actually own a pair YET (i'm getting a pair soon) but that's my opinion anyway. Don't think the UGGS would last in the rain. Oh, i'd be so pissed off if i ran into a puddle wearing my UGGS!

TBH i'd laugh at you wearing UGGs. You may as well get a dead sheep and wrap it around your legs.

If you had lots and lots of money you could probably find a nice bag in Brown Thomas that would fit an A4 pad - it would be fairly pricey though. Try Sasha in Stevens Green for the boots, they had quite a good selection last time I was there. I'm looking forward to going back to college myself - probably after spending half the Summer working in a fairly stressful job, and the other half studying for my repeats!
