    Don't be ridiculous! The reason why there's been no fines is because our regulator is doing such a fantastic job that it doesn't need to resort to them :D

    To be fair though, if comreg "does not have the authority to levy fines" then we can hardly be surprised when they don't fine anyone...

    Nah I'm cynical but not that cynical I'm, I er was, I'm leaning toward. Fukc it I'm ****in certain brown envelopes must have been involved here :(
