Taping Setanta Sports

Hi There, Tryed to tape setanta sports the Pool v Man CITY game. Some of us have to work on Saturdays. Anyway all that came out was the sound and no picture,do they have some sort of blocker to stop taping the free matches on ntl digital setanta sports or what? Many Thanks decies :o
