posted a while ago about this and since than komplett have told me that they dont know how to fix my problem and as this is my third board (the other 2 were faulty) it couldnt be faulty.
    The problem.
    AN7 raid problem.

I have followed the guide regarding how to setup and install xp on a raid array. But once the array is setup and the file required for xp to install are copyed to the partition on the hdd it will reboot as normal and then not follow on into the rest of the xp installation giving the following error boot.ini not found or ntosker.exe not found.

I have loaded the sata raid drivers during the start of the install, I have setup the raid configuration within the raid bios and I have checked and double checked all the sata raid settings in the bios.
There are 2 seagate sata drives connected to the machine and a cdrom drive nothing else.
I have tryed this with bios 14,15 and 16 with the same results.

I have tryed to get a raid0 array to work with the same hdd's after loading xp on to one of the drives, but once the drives are put into the raid configuration all that happens is xp tryes to boot and will get to the xp splash screen and than just crash.

    Could it be a conflict?

    an7 mobo bios 16, 2* 160GB sata hdd's.
Thre are no jumpers on the hdd's to change.

    Any ideas please!
