Sorry for starting so many threads but google isnt working for me lately

Im getting mixed information about syncing memory speed and HTT speed, my CPU runs at 2ghz (200mhz HTT x 10) and my ram (PC3200) runs at 400mhz, but since its DDR, does that mean its real FSB is 200mhz for syncing purposes, or should I halve the multiplier on my cpu and double the HTT so its at 400mhz?
