Pet Sounds Song?

There's a song that Tom Dunne plays in the background on his show while he's talking and he uses it to advertise his show during the day just like he used to use Coldplay's "Crest of Waves" and Johnny Cash's "Hurt".

I'll try my best to describe it.

The drum beat is quite similar in tempo and structure as the drum beat in Stevie Wonder's "Superstition"
There's a kinda jangly sounding electric guitar over the beat, and the guy singing sounds very like David Byrne of Talking Heads.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers,

    B.

I would guess that the one you're talking about is Float On by Modest Mouse
