    Download PDF Creator from here
    http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

Click on the download button half way down the page, version 0.8 i think

When you install the application, a pop up window is used to select the file and then it converts the file to pdf format.

Its very easy to use and also works for ms word/powerpoint/excel files
By the way the application is free.

Their is also another way purchase Adobe Acrobat which comes with distiller which we use in the company I work for, or another nice freeware package is www.cutepdf.comwriter where don't have the budget to purchase Adobe Acrobat.

The nice thing about distiller is that you can set it watch folders on your network, and have different configurations for each folder then when a ps or eps file is placed intot he folder distiller can convert it in the background.

I have used cutepdf writer a few times and we are giving it users who don't need the full blown Acrobat, its a nice little package I must take a look at the other one mentioned above.

Or if you have a linux distro handy; there's a command "pstopdf" that can be used ina terminal.

pdfcreator has an option to associate with .ps during the install.

if you need to go bigger than A3 then you are looking at ghostscript - but it's messy to configure
