Hello all, A friend of min recently brought a dell inspiron laptop back from USA. They can't play region 2 dvd's on it. Could anyone help to solve the problem? Many Thanks, Flav

http://forum.rpc1.org is your friend. You will need to find out the make and model of the DVD drive in the Dell. Also, don't try flashing the drive when its running on batteries!!

Stephen do u think this is a Hardware restriction? would it not do if using differnt region SW ?
