Is it possible to record what is going on on your monitor to Dv cam?
Basically I'm trying to record some ingame footage with my Dv cam which has DV in / out.

    Cheers.

Hum, there may be a better way to do it, but the one that springs to mind is to use something like fraps to capture the ingame footage first then export to the camera as normal.
    Never tried it tbh.

fraps will do the video but doesnt handle audio as far as i know, many of the gfx cadrs do have video out

Thats not what I'm really looking for.
I can do it with fraps, but then there'd be no point in tranfering it to cam. The reason I wanted it on cam was so that there would be no machine slow down when I'm ingame.

Well then yeah, as calex said, there's always your video cards AV out... could hook that up to your cameras analog-in.
