Faulty Echostar Receiver

    Anyone have any advice on where to get an Echostar AD3000ip sat rx repaired. Mine has the flash memory problem and the chip needs replacing.

    I've sent mine to almelo in netherlands with the help of Seano but service was not great TBH , I hear Eurosat in UK even worse

    There a guy from the North (Fermanagh?) who used to advertise in the back pages of What Satellite for digibox repairs. He also used to do Echostar repairs.

    I think you mean http://www.keshelectrics.co.uk

    BTW Had a repair done by Eurosat found the service good cost over 100 sterling including carriage back to Belgium for a flash chip to be replaced on a Manhatten.
    If you're getting a repair done consider the cost of a new RX.
