Pay no heed to the more recent additions in the Microsoft listing... Most of those are simply listed because the firewall monitors the ports they use by default. This can be simply gotten around.

In fact, I think that can apply to most of the listing...

I find it quite funny that SP2, the security concious update has "difficulties" with every resonably big firewall app out there... Still, ive installed it, and have no problems with Winroute so far.
