Go to the boards.ie crew Tribe page in the game. Click the button that says invites. Right click on your name and select accept (or whatever). I think it sends an email as well with a link that does this automatically.

Yeap you do get an email about it with two links, one to accept and one to decline. My one got kinda strange, I clicked on the accept link but it said it had expired but it still added me to the tribe.
