    Hi,my name is Conor and im starting a band along the lines of sparta/at the drive-in,(it might not end up like that though,just keep in mind) and im looking for some band members...

    I already have a bassist,so im looking for a drummer and a second guitarist(one who can do even the most minimalistic backing vocals/shouting!) between the ages of 16 and 19.The band are welcome to practice at my house,but i dont have a drum kit...
    You dont have to be too experienced or anything,so if anyones interested,just email me or post here.

    I'd be very interested in this. I can drum pretty well but I don't have a kit in Dublin :( I've played guitar for 7 years and sing.

    Hey,it will be based wherever in the Dublin area,the band could practice in my house if needed,which is in shankill,in south dublin.

    Im not sure if i could get someone to lend me a kit or not,so if theres anyway you could try and get a kit that would be deadly,but i will try my hardest aswell.

    I'm in ballsbridge so you're only a few minutes down the dart line.My brother is using my kit atm and he's in Cavan so I can't get my hands on one :/ I'd prefer to play guitar to be honest, but I'll do drums if you can't find anyone else.

    yeah,thatd be deadly,theres a few people who are interested so,we could have a jam once the drummer is sorted,so you can play guitar,if the other drummers dont work out,if you want you could try giving drums a go... :p

    Funny you should mention Cavan because I'm from there myself although im staying in Dublin now (Rialto). I'm 18 and I'd like to join to join as a second guitarist. My favourite bands are Led Zeppelin and Guns n' Roses but I like Metallica, Nirvana, U2 and the Red Hot Chillis as well. You can call me on 0866077769.
