    Hi people.

A friend of mine gets that message everytime the PC boots. I presume a format will help (he doesnt mind doing that). Is there another way to fix that problem?

I am going to do a scan for Spyware because he had a pop up online and when he clicked it, the problem seemed to start. He is not sure if its linked.

Also, has anyone got a guide on how to format Windows 98? Will the installation CD do that as an option? All advice appreciated.

Few basic things really, spyware & antivirus scans then maybe reinstall Dialup Networking or repair IE (IE & explorer all the one really)
    see how it goes :)
