(I know its the wrong forum but i know there are people here that can help me)

I have a router here that broke* a while ago and got in contact with d-link and got an e-mail that i can RMA it to them.
Now, How do i RMA it to then, i know i send it over and quote the number and all but do i need the original pakage? Do i put stamps on it? How long do they normally take or does that depend on the company.
Thanks for the replies in advance.
